Many insurance deductibles reset on January 1, 2025. A deductible is the amount you must pay out of pocket for covered services before your insurance plan starts contributing. For example, with a $2,000 deductible, you would need to pay the first $2,000 of covered medical expenses yourself.

- Bring shorts if you or your child are being evaluated for lower limb braces or inserts for ambulation.
- For spinal evaluation, we need to be able to see as much of the spine as possible. For girls snug shorts and a bra or bathing suit top. For boys, bike shorts, or boxer briefs.
- Bring the most recently worn brace or insole so we can discuss your orthotics preference and improvements we can make.
